- crappie or catfish filets(no bones)
- 1- 16oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 large can of Durkee’s onions crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- mix sour cream and mayo
- dip filets and then roll in onions to coat
- lay on foil in cookie sheet and bake for about 5-10 minutes until flaky.
