Easy Baked Fish

In just a few easy steps you can enjoy this savory summer seafood favorite. It’s light and yummy!

Ingredients

  • crappie or catfish filets(no bones)
  • 1- 16oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 large can of Durkee’s onions crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. mix sour cream and mayo
  2. dip filets and then roll in onions to coat
  3. lay on foil in cookie sheet and bake for about 5-10 minutes until flaky.
